Perales, Allmon, & Ice, P.C. is committed to effectively representing clients in environmental matters.
The firm, and its predecessor firms, have represented property owners, local governments, environmental advocates, groundwater districts, school districts and businesses in environmental matters for almost forty years. Through this representation, the firm has enabled our clients to fully participate in decisions impacting their health, property, and the environment. The firm does not represent applicants seeking environmental permits. As a result, we have developed deep expertise in approaching cases from the public’s perspective, and we are able to serve as fully committed advocates on behalf of our clients.
The firm presently consists of six attorneys specializing in:
- water rights
- air and water pollution
- land use and subdivision control
- hazardous, radioactive, and municipal solid waste
- fish, wildlife, and endangered species
- water and electrical utilities.
The firm also employs a number of legal assistants who assist the lawyers and clients.
